(PCG), a leading provider of solutions implementation and operations improvement services to the public sector, today announced that Rick Purcell, associate manager in PCG’s Education practice, has been appointed to the North Carolina Education and Workforce Innovation Commission, for a three-year term beginning September 1, 2019.
