Public Consulting Group Partners with ApprentiScope to Launch a National Apprenticeship Management Service for Employers and Apprenticeship Program Sponsors.
Public Consulting Group (PCG), a leading public sector management consulting and operations improvement firm, and ApprentiScope, a software company that helps organizations scale apprenticeship and work-based learning programs, has formed a partnership to launch a national apprenticeship management service that will streamline Registered Apprenticeship, pre-apprenticeship, and work-based learning solutions.
This announcement comes amid National Apprenticeship week (NAW), a nationwide celebration where employers, government leaders, workforce partners and organizations showcase the successes and value of Registered Apprenticeship. This year’s theme is “Registered Apprenticeship: Superhighway to Good Jobs,” PCG’s Ted Norman will host two webinars, “Apprenticeship Management with Ted,” on Tuesday, November 14th and Friday, November 17th.
“Our apprenticeship team at PCG is passionate about building a stronger and more resilient workforce,” says Kathy Fallon, PCG’s Human Services Practice Area Director. “Many employers agree that the apprenticeship model is effective for recruiting diverse talent and growing business but starting an apprenticeship program can feel daunting. We aim to make apprenticeship easy for employers and program sponsors by taking care of the details and letting them focus on the big picture. PCG’s partnership with ApprentiScope will provide employers and program sponsors the complete package for starting and/or maintaining their apprenticeship program.”
Together, ApprentiScope and PCG’s team of apprenticeship and workforce development experts will support state and federal agencies, educational institutions, apprenticeship sponsors, and employers in implementing workforce system solutions. Services provided include apprenticeship design and registration; program management and strategy; apprentice monitoring; related instruction; and compliance and audit assistance.
“We’re beyond excited to partner with Public Consulting Group on this initiative,” says ApprentiScope Founder & CEO William Lippolis. “Our software, combined with PCG’s years of industry experience, will eliminate all barriers to entry for employers and program sponsors who want to launch a sustainable Registered Apprenticeship program. This partnership not only forwards our mission of empowering organizations to scale Registered Apprenticeships but also increases our capacity to support our customers with existing programs.”
