In February and March 2023, PCG’s employees joined together to support communities in Turkey and Syria following the recent devastating earthquakes. Colleagues from across the firm donated generously to the relief organizations, CARE and The White Helmets, that actively supported survivors—providing immediate food, shelter, health care, and support for people across the regions.

Connecting with the communities where we live and work; connecting the work we do with the people we do it for; and connecting with each other outside of our normal routines is at the heart of PCG Cares. To express this clearly, we want PCG Cares’ heart to stand out.

PCG’s quarterly employee recognition program, aptly-named the EPIC Awards, is designed to help bring the firm’s four core tenets—Entrepreneurial Spirit, Passion, Impact, and Community—to life in a tangible way.
