Announcing Our FY25 EPIC Awards Winner for Entrepreneurial Spirit!

PCG’s quarterly employee recognition program, the EPIC Awards, is designed to help bring the firm’s four core tenets—Entrepreneurial Spirit, Passion, Impact, and Community—to life in a tangible way. Today, we are thrilled to announce that Helen McDermott, a Senior Consultant in Human Services, has been selected as PCG’s newest EPIC Awards winner in recognition of the Entrepreneurial Spirit she has demonstrated by innovating and improving the systems we use to deliver meaningful solutions.

    Celebrating our employees’ entrepreneurial spirit – PCG announces first EPIC Awards winner for FY2021

    Last Fall, we launched a new quarterly employee recognition program called the EPIC Awards to help bring the four tenets that define PCG’s ethos—Entrepreneurial Spirit, Passion, Impact, and Community—to life in a tangible way. Today, we are thrilled to announce that Michelle Clickner, on behalf of a multidisciplinary team of more than 50 PCG employees, has been selected as PCG’s newest EPIC Awards winner in recognition of their Entrepreneurial Spirit and ongoing commitment to delivering solutions that matter to those we serve.

    PCG subject matter experts discuss technology implications of 2018 Farm Bill

    For public sector health and human services agencies, change is inevitable – whether it is driven by new legislation, administration turnover, or just continuous process improvement of government programs. One such change in legislation on PCG’s mind is the 2018 Farm Bill, passed by Congress and signed by the President in December 2018, which reauthorizes SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) through 2023.

PCG Cares is an extension of that commitment, empowering each full-time employee to volunteer up to 32 hours each fiscal year to work with and support the communities we serve. We connected with Caleb Migombo on the Health team based out of Raleigh, who recently applied his PCG Cares hours in support of the three extraordinary weeks he spent volunteering in Tanzania with TAUS Inc., a US-based 501(c)3 organization approved by PCG Cares.
