Announcing Our FY25 EPIC Awards Winner for Entrepreneurial Spirit!

PCG’s quarterly employee recognition program, the EPIC Awards, is designed to help bring the firm’s four core tenets—Entrepreneurial Spirit, Passion, Impact, and Community—to life in a tangible way.     PCG Announces the Return of Its Summer Hours Schedule in July 2022

    Last week, PCG employees received some welcome news from the firm’s Human Capital Management (HCM) team: PCG is bringing back its summer hours schedule (also known as “Family & Friends Fridays”) for summer 2022! Family & Friends Fridays spans 10-weeks of summer – from Fourth of July weekend through Labor Day weekend.

    Employees Reflect on ‘Family & Friends Fridays’ Summer Hours Schedule

    This summer, PCG launched its first-ever summer hours schedule program with Family & Friends Fridays. For 10-weeks, from July 2nd through September 3rd, 2021, the firm closed at 1:00 PM (in each work location’s respective time zone) every Friday to give employees extra time off to unplug and unwind.

    On Saturday, June 12, 2021, Clark University held its Graduate School ceremony—the first of two events in celebration of the University’s 117th Commencement—and 25 PCG employees were among the more than 500 graduates to receive their master’s degrees.

    Federal district court judge upholds Trump administration rule expanding use of short-term health plans

    On Friday, July 20, 2019, U.S. District Court Judge Richard J. Leon in Washington, D.C. ruled that the expansion of short-term health plans by the Trump administration caused “minimal” difficulty and found that their “benefits are undeniable.” The expansion permits short-term health insurance plans that generally are less costly than those provided under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) but are less comprehensive.
