Announcing Our FY25 EPIC Awards Winner for Entrepreneurial Spirit!

PCG’s quarterly employee recognition program, the EPIC Awards, is designed to help bring the firm’s four core tenets—Entrepreneurial Spirit, Passion, Impact, and Community—to life in a tangible way.     Tallahassee team supports Elder Care Services

    Earlier this week, the Tallahassee office celebrated the upcoming holidays and our first PCG Cares event with a morning of service followed by a team lunch. The team, which included PCGers from Human Services and Education, volunteered with Elder Care Services of Tallahassee delivering meals to over 30 seniors in need in the area.

    Data driven decision making, long the norm in the private sector, is becoming prevalent in the public sector.  This is true not only here at home, but also around the world as many countries grapple with how to improve outcomes while living within constrained budgets. Evidence-based policy making, using data to inform decisions, and paying for performance are all tools being used to improve results.

    Family First Prevention Services Act: Paying for What Works

    Historically, the federal government’s support for child welfare services through the Title IV-E program has been limited to a single service: placement in foster care. With decades of research and experience, we now know that foster care is not the only – nor the best – solution for many children who have experienced maltreatment.
