Services Include
Process, Outcome & Impact Evaluation
PCG can facilitate process, outcome, and impact evaluation components, utilizing mixed-method evaluation designs. Our team will create or work through existing logic models; identify specific process and outcome questions to address; identify the methods that will be used to gather information (e.g., pre- and post-analysis, content analysis); identify the methods that will be used for analysis (e.g., descriptive or inferential statistics utilizing Excel or SQL) and any standards that are applicable for outcome measurement; and report generation and dissemination. PCG utilizes project management techniques to ensure the corresponding work plans and timelines meet the goals of our clients. PCG also aids clients in the facilitation of federal cross-site evaluations.
Data Analysis & Reporting
PCG can collect and analyze data across multiple sources, such as public safety programs, hospitals, a Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP), etc., for planning, monitoring, and geo-mapping, to identify and track trends. PCG can identify community services most needed in specific areas and can offer recommendations for resource allocation. Our team can develop reporting mechanisms that inform state and local officials and/or stakeholders of tracked progress toward positive outcomes. PCG also enters data into federal systems, such as the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s (SAMHSA) Performance Accountability and Reporting System (SPARS), or the Office of Justice Programs (OJP) Performance Measurement Tool (PMT).
Data Visualization
Our team can leverage existing data to make your information more powerful through visual representations. PCG can derive location-based insights through advanced geospatial analysis that clarifies the complex interrelationships between people and places. Our team is experienced with creating eye-catching dashboards and data repositories to portray information quickly; display data by region; track trends over time; and enable rapid reporting for stakeholders.
Social Determinants of Health
Our team considers the impacts of social determinants of health in all evaluation activities. Beyond prevalence rates and statistical analysis, we prioritize the integration of the effects of conditions in which a person is born, grows, lives, and works, in drawing conclusions about programs and developing recommendations. We can help you to contextualize social determinants of health to build a comprehensive framework based on your community’s health data.
